Standard registration is US$500 until May 31
Late/Onsite registration US$550 starts June 1

Registration fee covers daily break and lunch service over general sessions, mid-week group dinner, group excursion, program materials, proceedings publication, and welcome gift.

Cancellation/Refund Policy and Deadline:
MAY 17, 2012

You will be able to cancel your registration and receive a full refund if you cancel online by MAY 17, 2012. You must log into your account at www.regonline.com/sw13 to cancel your registration. No phone calls or emails will be accepted. Beginning May 18, absolutely no registration refunds will be granted.
