POSTER PREPARATION AND DIMENSIONS:

Poster Dimensions:
Posters should be formatted at a scale of no more than 48"w x 48"h, or 4' w x 4' h, or 1.2m w x 1.2m h.

Poster Presentation Slide-Show:
We will be setting up a continuous loop slide show showcasing and advertising all posters. Please provide a 1-page PDF ONLY synopsis of your poster. PDF slide dimensions should not exceed 11” x 8.5” (in landscape format). The slide show will be played continuously all day, every day over the conference sessions. Email your file as a PDF attachment to sw13posters@gmail.com. Deadline to submit your slide is JUNE 1.

Poster Setup and Breakdown:
Posters can be setup beginning Sunday afternoon June 17, beginning at 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the Keauhou Convention Center 1 ballroom. Please see staff at registration for your poster board assignment number. Posters will remain up all week and breakdown will occur after the final break, Friday, June 22.
